Chaiti Mahotsav: Celebrating Tribal India.
The third evening of the Rayagada Folk Festival, a part of the Chaiti Folk Festival, featured special attractions such as martial arts performances and country songs. Law Minister Jagannath Saraka served as the chief guest for the event, alongside other dignitaries including Koraput MP Saptagiri Ullaka, Rayagada MLA Makarand Muduli, Gunpur MLA Raghunath Gomango, Special Development Council Chairperson Anusya Majhi, District Council Chairperson Saraswati Majhi, Gunapur Municipal Commissioner Mamata Goud, BSKY Adviser Sudhir Das, Backward Class Development State Adviser Prithviraj Sahu, and chief guests from Gunpur, Chandrapur, and Kolnara block. Presenter Vidisha Shatpathi extended invitations to the guests, and Swadhadev Singh, District Collector and President of Zilla Cultural Council, welcomed everyone with flowers. The welcome address was delivered by Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Nihar Ranjan Kaher, after which the guests were treated to a meal.
Various cultural programs were showcased by talented artists. The evening began with a Dhemsa dance performance by artists from Muniguda block, followed by a martial arts display by a skilled artist from Malkangiri district. Additionally, two cultural troupes from Maharashtra presented Lavani Dance and Kalahandi Singari Dance, while Dhemsa Dance from Koraput and Tribal Dhemsa from Khanjabati Arts Council captivated the audience. Artists from Bissamcuttack and Raygada were also honored for their talents.

On this third evening, the local Azad Hind Music Galaxy team presented the song "Desiya pilati Jamei Nachila" and Malkangiri district's martial art show proved to be particularly interesting. The famous Hollywood singer Antara Chakraborty opened her program with the song "Lachkamani Baby," holding the audience's attention on the stage. The forum was conducted by District Information and Public Relations Officer Basant Pradhan, with Additional District Collector Bhaskar Rait, ASP Bishnu Prasad Patra, and others overseeing the security and management of the program.
